Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with solid expertise in PowerApps Component Framework (PCF) Controls development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CRM customization, Power Platform development, and creating reusable PCF components to enhance user experience and business functionality.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications and solutions.

- Develop and deploy custom PowerApps Component Framework (PCF) Controls using TypeScript, JavaScript, and React.

- Customize Dynamics 365 entities, forms, views, ribbons, dashboards, workflows, and business process flows.

- Build Model-Driven Apps and Canvas Apps using the Power Platform.

- Develop plugins, custom workflow activities,



and integrations using C# and .NET.

- Create scalable and reusable PCF controls for Dynamics 365 and Power Apps.

- Integrate CRM with external applications using REST APIs, Web APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Service Bus.

- Work with Dataverse for data modeling, security, and application development.

- Participate in requirement gathering, technical design, code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.

- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize CRM and Power Platform performance.

- Follow governance, security, and best practices for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations.
