Job Responsibilities

- Diagnose and repair mechanical faults in motors, engines and industrial equipment.

- Perform regular servicing, maintenance and overhauling of motors.

- Inspect mechanical components and identify damaged or defective parts.

- Repair and replace bearings, shafts, gears, belts and other mechanical components.

- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance.

- Maintain tools, equipment and workshop cleanliness.

- Follow company safety procedures while performing repair and maintenance work.

- Maintain service reports and records of completed jobs.

- Coordinate with technicians and supervisors to ensure timely completion of work.

- Perform any other duties assigned by the Service Manager.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Trade preferred.

- 3–6 years of experience as a Motor Mechanic.

- Knowledge of motor repairing, fitting and maintenance.

- Ability to identify and troubleshoot mechanical problems.

- Knowledge of workshop tools and equipment.

- Hardworking, disciplined and responsible.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
