- 25 years experience in plastic injection molding, preferably medical disposables

- Supervise injection molding production, manage machines and manpower, ensure quality and minimize defects, coordinate maintenance and QC, implement process improvements

Role & responsibilities

- Supervise daily injection molding production activities.

- Plan and achieve daily production targets.

- Handle and monitor injection molding machines.

- Supervise mold installation, setting, and changeover.

- Monitor machine parameters, cycle time, and production output.

- Manage machine operators, helpers, and production manpower.

- Ensure product quality as per required specifications.

- Identify and resolve molding defects and machine-related issues.

- Minimize rejection, wastage, and material consumption.





- Ensure proper utilization of raw materials (PP).

- Coordinate with the maintenance team for machine breakdowns and preventive maintenance.

- Maintain daily production, rejection, and downtime reports.

- Ensure proper housekeeping and workplace safety.

- Monitor machine performance and productivity.

- Coordinate with the Quality Control (QC) department.

- Ensure timely completion of production schedules.

- Implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce production costs.

Preferred Experience: 25 years in plastic injection molding, preferably in medical disposable products manufacturing (syringes, needles, IV sets, etc.).
