Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with a strong background in designing, developing, and customizing Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Salesforce development tools and a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions that meet business requirements.

Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications based on business requirements.
- Develop solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce Flows.
- Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and security settings.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, deployment, and production support.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Mandatory Skills:





- Robust hands-on experience with Salesforce development and customization.
- Proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce platform capabilities.
- Experience with integrations, data migration, and deployment tools.
- Good understanding of Salesforce security, governor limits, and best practices.

Preferred Skills:

- Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification.
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Financial Service Cloud, Data Cloud, or enterprise digital transformation projects.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development and customization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
