We are looking for an experienced Mobile Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of high-quality mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in either Android or iOS native development, along with exposure to cross-platform mobile frameworks.

While deep expertise in both native platforms is not mandatory, candidates who have worked with one native platform and cross-platform technologies will be preferred.

This role involves technical leadership, architecture decisions, mentoring developers, and ensuring scalable and high-performance mobile solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the architecture, design, and development of mobile applications.
- Build and maintain scalable mobile solutions across Android, iOS, or cross-platform frameworks.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Define best practices for mobile architecture, performance, security, and scalability.
- Mentor and guide mobile developers, conducting code reviews and enforcing development standards.
- Ensure mobile applications meet performance, usability, and quality benchmarks.
- Drive adoption of contemporary mobile development practices including CI/CD and automated testing.




- Work closely with backend teams to integrate APIs and services efficiently.

- 9+ years of experience in mobile application development.

- Strong expertise in either Android (Kotlin / Java) or iOS (Swift / Objective-C).
- Experience working with cross-platform frameworks such as Flutter, React Native, or Xamarin is highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of mobile architecture patterns (MVVM, MVC, Clean Architecture).
- Experience integrating REST APIs and third-party services.
- Strong knowledge of mobile performance optimization and debugging.
- Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Good understanding of mobile UI/UX principles.

Preferred Skills

- Experience leading or mentoring mobile development teams.
- Exposure to both native and cross-platform mobile ecosystems.
- Experience publishing apps on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

• Knowledge of mobile security best practices.
