Job Scope The MIS Specialist is responsible for collecting, analyzing, managing, and reporting operational and management data. The role supports decision-making by ensuring timely, accurate, and insightful MIS reports, dashboards, and data analysis across teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
- Collect data from multiple sources (operations, tools, trackers, systems).
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reports.
- Analyze trends, KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics.
- Automate reports using Excel, Power BI, or other reporting tools where possible.
- Maintain master trackers, databases, and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to validate data and resolve discrepancies.
- Support management reviews, audits, and compliance reporting.
- Provide ad-hoc reports and analysis as requested by stakeholders.
- Ensure data confidentiality and adherence to organizational policies.

- Effective communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple reports and deadlines.

Qualifications Criteria

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, IT, Management, Statistics, or a related field.

Certification Criteria

Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) – Excel Associate / Expert

Microsoft Power BI (Additional)
