Reporting To: Management / General Manager

1. Job Purpose

To manage, analyse, maintain, and present business data through accurate and timely MIS reports. The candidate should possess expert-level knowledge of MS Excel and the ability to convert raw data into meaningful reports that support management decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
1. Key Responsibilities

A. MIS Reporting & Data Management

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
- Maintain production, sales, dispatch, inventory, purchase, and other operational data.
- Consolidate data received from various departments and ensure accuracy.
- Develop automated reporting formats and dashboards for management review.
- Maintain historical records and ensure proper data backup.

B. Advanced MS Excel & Data Analysis

- Expert knowledge of MS Excel, including:
- Advanced formulas (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, IF, nested IF, etc.).
- Pivot Tables and Pivot Charts.
- Power Query and data consolidation.
- Conditional Formatting and Data Validation.
- Advanced Charts, Graphs, and Interactive Dashboards.
- Macros and VBA automation (preferred).
- Ability to handle large datasets and perform complex data analysis.
- Identify discrepancies, trends, and variations in operational data.
- Automate repetitive reporting activities to reduce manual work.

C. Production & Operations Reporting

- Prepare daily production reports, including product-wise and department-wise production.
- Track production targets versus actual achievements.
- Prepare wastage, rejection, and efficiency reports.
- Monitor raw material consumption and finished goods data.
- Prepare machine-wise and shift-wise production reports.

D. Inventory & Dispatch Reporting





- Maintain stock movement and inventory reports.
- Track raw material, packaging material, and finished goods stock.
- Prepare daily dispatch and pending order reports.
- Monitor stock discrepancies and highlight variations.

E. Coordination & Management Reporting

- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Purchase, Accounts, HR, Quality, and Dispatch departments for data collection.
- Present accurate and timely reports to management.
- Highlight unusual variations and operational discrepancies.
- Support management in data-driven decision-making.

1. Required Skills & Competencies

- Expert-level proficiency in MS Excel.
- Robust analytical and logical thinking.
- Excellent data interpretation and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle large volumes of data.
- High accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good communication and departmental coordination skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple reports simultaneously.

1. Experience & Eligibility

- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in MIS reporting.
- Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or food processing industries will be preferred.
- Strong practical knowledge of advanced Excel is mandatory.
- Experience in ERP/SAP-based reporting will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Power BI will be preferred.

1. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

The candidate's performance will be evaluated based on:
- Accuracy of MIS reports.
- Timely submission of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Automation of repetitive reporting processes.
- Reduction in manual reporting errors.
- Effectiveness of data analysis and dashboard preparation.
- Timely identification and reporting of data discrepancies.
- Departmental coordination and management support.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
