About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled, detail-oriented MIS Executive with advanced expertise in Google Sheets.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling large datasets, developing automated reporting systems, building dashboards, and transforming raw data into meaningful business insights.

We are looking for someone who can go beyond basic data entry and actively improve how our business tracks and analyzes performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, maintain, and automate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Develop interactive Google Sheets dashboards to track business KPIs.
- Analyze sales, orders, deliveries, cancellations, returns, and customer data.
- Consolidate data from Shopify, CRM, logistics platforms, and other sources.
- Build automated reporting workflows to reduce repetitive manual work.
- Identify discrepancies, unusual trends, and operational inefficiencies.
- Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and proper reporting structures.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Management teams.
- Prepare actionable reports for management decision-making.

Required Technical Skills Advanced Google Sheets proficiency is mandatory.

Candidates should have hands-on experience with:

- Advanced formulas: QUERY, FILTER,



ARRAYFORMULA, IMPORTRANGE
- Lookup functions: VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH
- Conditional calculations: SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, IF, IFS
- Pivot Tables, Charts, and Dynamic Dashboards
- Data Validation, Conditional Formatting, and Data Cleaning
- Automated reports and cross-sheet data consolidation
- Handling large datasets with accuracy and efficiency

Additional advantage:

- Google Apps Script for automation
- Looker Studio dashboard creation
- Advanced Excel and Power Query
- Experience with Shopify, CRM, or e-commerce operations

What We're Looking For
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to independently build reports from raw datasets.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to identify reporting errors and suggest improvements.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Experience in D2C, e-commerce, logistics, or retail will be preferred.

Important This is not a basic data-entry position. We are specifically hiring someone who understands advanced Google Sheets functions, reporting automation, and data analysis.

Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a practical Google Sheets assessment.
