Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly analytical and technically proficient MIS Executive with 3 to 4 years of dedicated experience in Finance & Accounting Outsourcing (FAO) domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing complex financial data ecosystems, generating high-impact Management Information System (MIS) reports, and creating client-ready dashboards. This role requires strong database querying capabilities using SQL, interactive data visualization via Power BI, and the skill to formulate comprehensive Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and professional executive presentations (PPT).

Exceptional communication skills are mandatory to act as a bridge between operations teams and external stakeholders.

Role and Key Responsibilities:

- MIS & Financial Reporting: Extract, clean, compile, and analyze large datasets from multiple accounting systems to generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational and financial MIS reports.
- SLA & Performance Tracking: Design, monitor, and update Service Level Agreement (SLA) frameworks and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) unique to FAO lifecycles (e.g., P2P, O2C, R2R).
- Dashboard Development: Build, publish, and maintain interactive business intelligence dashboards using Power BI to visualize operational metrics, data trends, and productivity analysis.
- Database Management: Write optimized SQL queries, subqueries, and join in pulling clean datasets from structured databases, ensuring data architecture integrity.
- Executive Presentations:



Translate complex analytical insights into structured, impactful, and client-ready PowerPoint (PPT) presentations for performance reviews and stakeholder updates.
- Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate proactively with cross-functional finance teams, operational managers, and international clients to address reporting requirements and deliver variance analysis statements.

Key Skills and knowledge:

- Solid foundational knowledge of FAO core metrics, corporate accounting flows, and billing reconciliations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Data Modeling, and automated updates).
- Solid hands-on knowledge of SQL (writing queries, understanding table relationships, and structural data extraction).
- Expert level in Microsoft Excel (macros, pivots, advanced lookup logic) and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with an ability to clearly explain complex data analytics to non-technical business leaders.
- Minimum of 3 to 4 years of solid, relevant professional experience operating as an MIS Analyst or Executive strictly within an FAO or shared service business framework.
- Bachelors degree in commerce (B.Com), Business Administration (BBA), Information Technology (B.Sc IT / BCA), or a related data-centric field.
- Certifications (Preferred): Official certifications in Microsoft Power BI, SQL Database Management, or Advanced Data Analytics
