Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Marketing Specialist who can plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in generating quality leads, driving website traffic, increasing brand visibility, and optimizing ad performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Run lead generation, sales, traffic, and brand awareness campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research and audience targeting.
- Manage campaign budgets and optimize ad spend for better ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance, CPL, CPC, CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
- Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4,



and conversion tracking.
- Perform A/B testing of ad creatives, copies, and audiences.
- Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve leads, conversions, and overall campaign performance.

Required Skills:

- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing and paid advertising.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and conversion tracking.
- Experience in lead generation and e-commerce campaigns.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client campaigns simultaneously.
