Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and motivated MERN Stack Developer to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for building scalable, high-performance web applications from scratch, as well as maintaining and optimizing existing systems. You will work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other developers to deliver seamless user experiences and robust backend solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, test, and deploy clean, maintainable, and efficient code across the entire stack.
- Build responsive, interactive user interfaces using React.js, HTML5, CSS3, and modern styling frameworks.
- Design and implement secure, scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
- Model, manage, and optimize NoSQL databases using MongoDB, ensuring efficient query performance and data integrity.
- Integrate third-party services, APIs, and authentication mechanisms like JWT or OAuth.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality standards.

Required Technical Skills





- Minimum 1 to 2 years of professional experience as a Full-Stack Developer, with a strong focus on the MERN stack.
- Deep proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and up-to-date frontend paradigms.
- Hands-on experience with React.js, React Hooks, and state management libraries like Redux or Context API.
- Strong understanding of server-side development using Node.js and Express.js.
- Solid experience working with MongoDB, including schema design, aggregation pipelines, and indexing.
- Proficiency with version control tools, specifically Git and GitHub.
- Experience writing unit and integration tests using frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Chai.
- Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and cloud platforms like AWS, Vercel, or Heroku is a plus.

Soft Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and adapt to changing project requirements.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
