Job Responsibilities

1. Identify and acquire new merchants for the bank's payment solutions.

2. Promote POS machines, QR codes, payment gateways and other digital payment services.

3. Generate business through field sales, references and market visits.

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new merchants.

5. Achieve monthly sales targets and business growth objectives.

6. Identify potential business opportunities in the assigned market.

7. Coordinate with internal teams for merchant onboarding and documentation.

8. Ensure smooth installation and activation of POS machines and QR codes.

9. Provide after-sales support and resolve merchant queries.

10. Monitor competitor activities and identify recent business opportunities.

Required Skills

- Good communication and negotiation skills.

- Strong sales and business development skills.

- Knowledge of POS machines,



QR payments and digital banking products.

- Ability to handle a sales team and achieve targets.

- Good market knowledge and customer relationship management.

- Field sales and merchant acquisition experience preferred.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: Graduate in any stream.

- Experience: 25 years in banking sales / merchant acquisition / POS sales.

- Industry: Banking, Fintech, NBFC or Financial Services.

- Skills: Sales, customer acquisition and team management.
