Roles and Responsibilities :

- Prepare detailed MEP drawings, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems for industrial projects using AutoCAD and RevIT MEP.

- Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate BOQ preparation and cost estimation for industrial buildings.

- Conduct site visits to inspect installations and troubleshoot issues related to MEP systems in existing infrastructure.

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Requirements :

- 6-9 years of experience in draftsman activities, preferably in industrial construction or industrial projects.

- Proficiency in Autocad, RevIT MEP, and other relevant software tools used for MEP design.

- Solid understanding of mechanical electrical plumbing (MEP) principles and practices applicable to industrial settings.

- Ability to prepare accurate estimates based on blueprints and specifications.
