: Civil & MEP Engineer

Location: GoaProject: Five Industrial BuildingsExperience: 5 to 8 years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate civil construction activities across five industrial buildings.
- Monitor foundations, RCC works, masonry, flooring, roofing and finishing.
- Coordinate electrical, plumbing, HVAC and firefighting services.
- Review civil and MEP drawings and resolve site-related engineering issues.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants and design agencies.
- Monitor project progress, quality, manpower and material requirements.
- Follow up on pending drawings, approvals and technical clarifications.
- Maintain building-wise progress reports and project documentation.
- Monitor measurements, BOQs, contractor bills and completion activities.

Required Skills and Experience




- 5 to 8 years of experience in industrial or infrastructure projects with excellent communication skills in English.
- Positive understanding of civil construction and MEP coordination.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Experience in managing multiple work fronts independently.
- Experience in Defence, PSU or government projects will be an advantage.

Candidate Profile: A hands-on engineer capable of independently coordinating civil execution and MEP services across multiple industrial buildings. Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
