Experience: 4+ Years

We are looking for an experienced MEP BIM Modeler to join our growing team!

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain detailed MEP BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Create HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical models.
- Coordinate MEP models with Architectural and Structural disciplines.
- Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues.
- Prepare shop drawings, sections and detailed drawings.
- Ensure models comply with project standards and BIM requirements.

Required Skills:

- Minimum 4 years of experience in MEP BIM Modeling.
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP.
- Knowledge of Navisworks and BIM coordination.
- Understanding of HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing systems.
- Experience working on building services projects.
