Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ernakulam. As a member of Studio Lumen, the individual will support the lighting design team in developing concepts, preparing design documentation, and assisting with project coordination.

Day-to-day tasks may include gathering project requirements, creating drawings or presentations, organizing samples, and updating project records. The role involves collaborating with colleagues, attending site visits or client meetings when required,



and helping ensure that design intent is carried through to implementation. The team member is expected to contribute proactively, learn studio processes, and maintain high standards of professionalism and quality in all work.

Qualifications

- Ability to support design work through basic technical drawing, documentation, or visual presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with team members, partners, and clients.
- Attention to detail and a keen interest in lighting, architecture, interior design, or related creative fields.
- Proficiency with standard office software; familiarity with design or drafting tools (e.g., CAD or visualization software) is an advantage.
- Relevant education or training in design, engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Willingness to work on-site in Ernakulam and participate in occasional site visits or field work.
