QUALIFICATIONS &

- EXPERIENCES:

1. Diploma in Medical Transcription (Mandatory).

2. 12 years of relevant experience in medical transcription, medical record handling or healthcare documentation.

3. Working knowledge of medical terminology, laboratory reports, prescriptions and clinical documentation.

4. Strong English listening, typing, proofreading and written communication skills.

5. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, digital filing systems and transcription tools.

6. Ability to coordinate with employees, family members and healthcare providers in a skilled manner.

7. Demonstrated commitment to accuracy, confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive personal health information.
