ROLE SUMMARY

As a Medical Representative in Bangalore, you will be the face of TripSun to doctors, chemists and stockists in your territory. You will build lasting professional relationships, share accurate scientific information on our Primary Care portfolio, and drive prescription and sales growth, ethically and consistently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Doctor engagement: Meet doctors in your territory as per the approved call plan and detail TripSun products using approved visual aids and literature.

Scientific detailing: Communicate product composition, indications and benefits clearly and accurately, staying within approved claims.

Sales targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and prescription targets for the assigned territory.

Chemist & stockist coverage:



Ensure product availability by maintaining strong relationships with chemists and stockists in the territory.

Reporting: Submit daily call reports, expense statements and territory updates on time.

Market intelligence: Track competitor activity, market trends and doctor feedback, and share insights with your manager.

Activities: Support CMEs, camps and other approved promotional activities in the territory.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Freshers are welcome; 05 years of pharma field sales experience is an advantage.

Clear, confident communication and a qualified presence with doctors.

Willingness to travel daily within the Bangalore territory.

Self-driven, target-oriented and eager to learn.

Integrity and respect for ethical selling practices.
