- Guaranteed fixed monthly salary of ₹18,000, subject to standard employment terms.

2. Petrol & Travel Expense Reimbursement

- Petrol expenses incurred during approved official field visits will be reimbursed by the company.
- Reimbursement will be calculated based on verified travel distance (kilometres), applicable fuel expenses, and company policy.
- Employees must maintain accurate daily travel records, including kilometres travelled and relevant fuel expense details.
- Approved petrol reimbursements will be settled by the end of each month.

3. Performance-Based Incentives

- Employees are required to achieve their assigned monthly targets.
- Additional financial incentives will be provided for exceeding the assigned targets.
- Higher performance creates opportunities to earn more than the fixed monthly salary.
- Incentives will be calculated based on verified doctor onboarding and app engagement results, according to the company incentive policy.

4. Snacks & Refreshment Allowance

- The company will provide a snacks and refreshment allowance for eligible working days.
- Approved expenses will be reimbursed according to company policy.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Medical Representative to expand our network of doctors, clinics, and hospitals.

Key Job Responsibilities

Doctor Visits & Healthcare Marketing

- Visit hospitals, private clinics, and healthcare institutions regularly.
- Meet doctors and explain the features and benefits of the Healriz application.
- Conduct professional demonstrations of the application.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with healthcare professionals.

App Installation & Doctor Onboarding

- Encourage doctors to install and register on the Healriz application.
- Assist doctors with account registration and initial setup.
- Explain how doctors can use the platform in their daily practice.
- Provide basic support during the onboarding process.

Doctor Engagement & Follow-Up

- Follow up with registered doctors to encourage regular app usage.
- Help doctors understand available features and resolve basic usage difficulties.
- Collect feedback and report suggestions to the management team.
- Maintain relationships with existing doctors while onboarding new healthcare professionals.

Sales Targets & Reporting

- Achieve mandatory daily and monthly performance targets assigned by management.
- Maintain accurate reports of hospital visits, doctor meetings, registrations, and active users.
- Submit regular performance updates to the reporting manager.
- Work towards exceeding monthly targets to qualify for additional incentives.

Educational Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:





- B.Pharm / D.Pharm
- BBA / MBA (Marketing)
- B.Sc Nursing
- B.Sc Life Sciences
- Other relevant bachelor's degrees

Candidates with other educational qualifications and strong field sales experience may also apply.

Experience:

- Freshers are welcome.
- Previous experience in medical representation, pharmaceutical sales, healthcare marketing, or field sales will be an advantage.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Tamil and basic English communication.
- Confidence in approaching doctors and hospital management.
- Basic smartphone and mobile application knowledge.
- Good presentation and convincing skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve assigned targets.
- Willingness to travel locally for hospital and clinic visits.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Performance Expectations This is a target-oriented field marketing position.

The selected candidate must actively visit healthcare institutions, onboard doctors, and promote consistent usage of the Healriz application.

Achieving assigned monthly targets is a mandatory performance expectation. Employees who exceed their targets will be eligible for additional incentives according to the company's performance incentive structure.
