Key Responsibilities

- Review and analyze patient medical records and clinical documentation.
- Assign accurate ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes based on documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable coding guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and resolve coding errors, discrepancies, and documentation gaps.
- Maintain high standards of coding quality and productivity.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of assigned coding work.
- Stay updated with the latest coding guidelines and industry changes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve coding-related queries and issues.
