 Maintain accurate documentation of patient demographics and insurance details.

 Enter data electronically for processing charges, payments, denials, and adjustments.

 Resolve routine patient billing inquiries and follow up on balances due from insurance companies via Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems or Customer Service

Representatives (CSR).

 Adhere to process guidelines and meet performance targets for productivity and quality.

 Ensure confidentiality and data security in compliance with HIPAA and internal policies.
