Position : Mechanical Technician

Location : Jamnagar - Gujarat

Shift Timing: 8 Hours

Working Days: 6 Days per Week

Job Type: ARC Contract (9 Months to 12 Months & Extendable)

Exp : Min 6 months - 2 years exp preferably in Automobile / Machining / Paint / Mechanical /Chemical industry exp.

Expereince of working in workshop is required.

Qualification : ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering.

Job Responsibilities:

- Maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC, VMC, and SPM machines.
- Preventive, Predictive, and Breakdown Maintenance of machine tools.
- Maintenance of Spindle Assemblies, Ball Screws, and Linear Guideways (LM Guides).
- Maintenance of Hydraulic and Pneumatic Systems.




- Maintenance of Lubrication and Coolant Systems.
- Maintenance of EOT, Electrical Hoists and Material Handling Systems.
- Maintenance of Automation Equipment Like Robots, Conveyors, AGVs etc.
- Machine Alignment, Levelling, and Precision Accuracy Checks.
- Maintenance of Bearings, Couplings, Gearboxes, and Mechanical Transmission Systems.
- Reading and interpretation of Mechanical Drawings, Assembly Drawings, and GA Drawings.
- Knowledge of TPM, 5S, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Continuous Improvement.
- Protected installation, commissioning, and maintenance of machine tools, including coordination with Electrical and Automation teams.
