Responsibilities:-

- Assist senior mechanical supervisors in overseeing daily maintenance and repair tasks for mechanical systems, such as pumps, motors, turbines, compressors, and other machinery.

- Support in supervising and coordinating a team of junior technicians or maintenance workers, ensuring they understand their responsibilities and work effectively.

- Help ensure team members are equipped with the necessary tools and materials for their tasks.

- Training recent employees on company procedures and policies, including ethics policies and safety measures.

- monitoring employee performance and attendance and implementing disciplinary actions, if necessary.

- performing regular audits of departments and production lines to ensure they comply with company standards.

- Develop and maintain work instructions and training materials.





- Enter time and quality data accurately and on time to support customer satisfaction.

- Develops and implements standard work procedures to continually improve overall team productivity.

- Be able to make decisions based on knowledge and experience.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
