Roles and Responsibilities
- Fabricate metal structures, equipment, and components according to design specifications.
- Perform welding operations using various techniques such as MIG, TIG, ARGONAUTIC, and SMAW.
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Troubleshoot issues related to plant safety, maintenance, repair, and fabrication processes.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets efficiently.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-5 years of experience in mechanical fabrication or a related field.
- Diploma or B.Tech degree (any discipline except Computers).
- Proficiency in powder coating process knowledge is an added advantage.
- Solid understanding of plant safety protocols and ability to maintain a safe working environment.
