Job Summary:

Requires an experienced Mechanical BIM Modeller to join our vibrant design studio in Kochi, India to support the design and development of MEP services including HVAC, Water supply, Drainage, Firefighting, Gas systems for projects throughout the Middle East. You will be collaborating on high end hospitality, residential, retail and commercial developments offering plenty of challenging opportunities to grow in an exciting environment. The ideal candidate will have an excellent knowledge of BIM along with the ability to develop digital automation techniques to improve project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaboration with architectural, interior design, landscape, structural, electrical teams to deliver integrated and productive Mechanical BIM models aligning with architectural intent.
- Daily drafting duties of all building service requirement. Day to day task include CAD/BIM.
- Produce complete and accurate record drawings printing and binding and other CAD/BIM related assistance for the project and Discipline engineers.
- Support for document preparation and submission to local authorities for approvals.
- Preparation of detailed drawings (CAD, Revit, etc) as per project requirement.




- Communicate and coordinate with all disciplines and stakeholders on a daily basis.
- Develop detailed 3D models of mechanical systems, including HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), plumbing, and fire protection, using Revit
- Create parametric families and components for mechanical equipment, ductwork, piping, and fixtures.
- Support with development of digital automation.
- Generate detailed schematics, layout for mechanical systems ensuring compliance with design standards.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of mechanical systems representation in the BIM model, in accordance with local standards in the Middle East.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Mechanical BIM modelling of buildings within a

consultancy environment, preferably active involvement on projects in the Middle East region within international multidisciplinary consultancies Demonstratable success in preparing clash managed BIM models to LOD 100, 200 and 300 Job Location : Kochi Kakkanad
