About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic MBA Finance fresher to join our Corporate Finance team.The candidate should have a good understanding of financial concepts and an interest in corporate finance, equity markets and financial research.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Corporate Finance team in financial research and analysis.
- Conduct market and industry research to identify business opportunities.
- Research companies, their financial performance and business activities.
- Develop a basic understanding of Equity, IPOs and fundraising activities.
- Collect and analyse financial and company-related data.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, presentations and research summaries.




- Support the team in identifying potential companies and investment-related opportunities.
- Coordinate with team members on ongoing Corporate Finance assignments.

Requirements
- MBA Finance graduate or pursuing MBA Finance.
- Good understanding of financial concepts and fundamentals.
- Positive knowledge of financial statements, equity markets and IPOs.
- Good analytical, research and numerical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
