Position Summary:

The Marketing & Sales Professional for Water Treatment Solutions is responsible for driving sales growth by promoting advanced water treatment products and services to diverse client segments. This role combines technical knowledge of water treatment technologies with strategic marketing and consultative sales skills to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and emerging trends in water treatment.
- Generate leads through digital marketing campaigns, trade shows, and partnerships.
- Perform water quality assessments and provide consultative selling based on test results.
- Develop and present customized proposals highlighting perks, ROI, and compliance.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales while managing objections effectively.
- Maintain strong after-sales relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and promote upselling.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solution feasibility and customer support.




- Track sales metrics and report on KPIs to management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Environmental, Mechanical) or Business Administration.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales or marketing within water treatment or related industries.
- Strong understanding of water treatment processes and regulatory standards.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and digital marketing platforms.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to translate technical information into customer-friendly language.
