Big Father Solutions is currently seeking energetic and results-driven Marketing & Sales Professionals to join our growing team in Calicut. In this role, you will be responsible for driving property sales, generating high-quality leads, and building strong relationships with prospective real estate buyers.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive the sales and marketing of real estate properties to meet and exceed targets.

- Leverage deep knowledge of the local property market to guide and advise clients.

- Generate leads, conduct site visits, and negotiate deals with potential buyers.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and investors.

- Coordinate with the internal team to execute marketing campaigns and promotional strategies.

Candidate Requirements

- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales and marketing.

- Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the real estate market

- Skills: Strong communication, sales negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
