Position- Marketing Manager

Location - Navi Mumbai

Experience - 6+ years

Salary - upto 10 lpa

- Lead the day-to-day operations of the Marketing Department and ensure timely completion of all marketing deliverables- set priorities, review progress, and drive accountability.
- Develop and implement innovative, contemporary digital marketing strategies to strengthen brand positioning, customer engagement, and lead generation- including SEO, SEM, website management,

social media, email marketing, marketing automation, and campaign analytics.
- Bring a creative outlook to marketing through modern content formats such as videos, animations,

reels, podcasts, customer stories, and interactive campaigns.
- Drive content strategy and ensure regular refresh of brochures, presentations, website content, case studies, product literature, and social media communication.
- Plan and execute exhibitions, product launches, customer events and promotional campaigns.





- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure timely, high- quality marketing support.

- Manage external agencies, creative partners, printers, photographers, videographers, and other marketing vendors. • Ensure latest and on-time branding initiatives across platforms- offices/ digital content/ physical literature/ merchandise/ company vehicles, etc. Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints and marketing communication.

JOB SPECIFICATION

- 6-9 years of experience in B2B/Industrial/Engineering/Manufacturing Marketing.
- Strong team management and project execution skills.
- Hands-on understanding of digital marketing, branding, content strategy, and campaign management.
- Highly creative with an eye for emerging marketing trends and up-to-date communication techniques.
- Excellent planning, stakeholder management, communication, and leadership abilities.
