Job Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the amusement park and resort.
- Lead and manage the Marketing Executives and coordinate their daily marketing activities.
- Provide guidance, support, and training to the marketing team.
- Monitor the performance of Marketing Executives and ensure assigned targets are achieved.
- Plan and conduct marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and events.
- Develop new business opportunities and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, travel agencies, corporate groups, and other potential customers.
- Coordinate with the digital marketing team to improve brand awareness and promotions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare marketing reports and submit updates to management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
