Marketing Lead - Bengaluru - 5-8 years - Full time

The Role

As the Marketing Lead, youll own xPays marketing strategy end-to-end from positioning and content to demand generation and brand building. Youll work closely with the founders, sales, product, and partnerships teams to build a strong B2B brand and create a predictable pipeline of high-quality opportunities.

What You'll Do

- Own xPays B2B marketing strategy, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market initiatives.

- Build demand through content, SEO, campaigns, events, partnerships, and other growth channels.

- Create compelling content and thought leadership that establishes xPay as a trusted voice in cross-border payments and fintech.

- Work closely with Sales and Partnerships to build qualified pipeline and improve customer acquisition.





- Build the marketing function, including processes, metrics, tools, and eventually a high-performing team.

- Host events with partners and top customers

- Own our product launches across all media surfaces

What We're Looking For

- 5 8 years of marketing experience, with strong experience in B2B SaaS.

- SaaS experience preferred.

- Experience creating content or orchestrating viral marketing campaigns is a big plus

- Proven experience owning marketing strategy and driving measurable brand awareness, demand generation, and pipeline.

- Robust understanding of B2B buyer journeys, content, digital marketing, and GTM.

- Excellent communication and storytelling skills with a hands-on, builder mindset.
