Role Description The Marketing Intern role is a full-time remote position focused on supporting day-to-day marketing activities for a4ai’s intelligent testing and analytics solutions.

Responsibilities include assisting with market research, gathering and organizing competitive and customer insights, and contributing to the development of marketing strategies and campaigns. The intern will help create and update marketing materials, support digital marketing initiatives, and collaborate with sales and customer-facing teams to ensure consistent messaging. Daily tasks also involve coordinating with team members across time zones,



preparing reports and summaries of marketing performance, and contributing ideas to improve engagement and brand awareness.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills to collect, analyze, and present insights about customers, competitors, and industry trends.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Marketing Strategy skills to support campaign planning, lead generation, and alignment with business goals.
