Job Title: Marketing Head

Industry: Healthcare / Multi-Speciality Hospital

Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in hospital marketing or healthcare business development.

Location: Osmanabad

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop strategies to increase OPD, IPD, and diagnostic patient footfall.
- Build relationships with doctors, clinics, nursing homes, and corporate clients.
- Manage and guide the PRO team and monitor field activities.
- Organise health camps, doctor meets, and community outreach programs.
- Develop corporate tie-ups for health check-ups and wellness programs.
- Coordinate digital marketing, branding, and promotional activities.
- Monitor marketing performance, referral conversions, and business targets.

Requirements:





- Graduate; MBA in Marketing or Hospital Administration preferred.
- Solid doctor referral network and proven patient acquisition experience.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel for field marketing activities.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
