Marketing Generalist (First Hire) — Phinite AI | India

Phinite is the AI operating layer for enterprises. Building an AI agent is easy. Running it in production, governing it and proving it moved a business number is where most companies stall. Phinite runs, governs and improves every agent on one platform, and ties each one to a business result.

We sell to enterprise and mid-market companies directly, and through systems integrators, MSPs and BPOs. We also run Phinite Agent Labs, a community of 3,000+ builders across the US and India.

THE ROLE

You'll be our first marketing hire in India. You'll work directly with the founding team and own marketing work end to end: writing, designing, shipping and measuring it yourself. As we grow, you grow into owning the function.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Plan, launch and optimise B2B paid campaigns on LinkedIn and X, and test Reddit, from targeting and creative to budget and reporting
- Run our LinkedIn page, newsletter and YouTube channel on a fixed cadence
- Write case studies, one-pagers, partner kits and product launch content
- Run Agent Labs events in Bengaluru,

Mumbai and Hyderabad
- Report what each campaign and channel returned: spend, leads, meetings and pipeline

WHO YOU ARE

- 2–3 years in B2B marketing, ideally at a startup selling to businesses
- Hands-on experience running B2B paid ads on LinkedIn, X or both, with budgets you managed yourself
- You've marketed to business buyers with long sales cycles, not only consumers or app installs. You can explain how you measured a campaign where the deal took months to close
- You can show results: cost per lead, cost per meeting, conversion rates, and what you changed to improve them
- You write clearly and quick, including ad copy that works in a feed
- You use AI tools daily and learn technical products quickly
- You do the work yourself and want to grow into owning a function

NICE TO HAVE

- Experience running B2B ads on Reddit
- Experience marketing AI, data or developer products
- Experience running community or builder events in India
