Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Executive to promote and sell Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) products. The candidate should have good field marketing experience, knowledge of the construction industry, and the ability to develop relationships with builders, contractors, engineers, and construction companies.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular field visits to construction sites and identify potential customers.
- Promote and generate sales for Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC).
- Build and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, civil engineers, and construction companies.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads.
- Understand customer requirements, construction project details, and concrete requirements.
- Achieve a minimum monthly sales target of 300 cubic metres (m³).




- Follow up with existing and potential customers to convert leads into sales.
- Coordinate with the operations and delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily field visit reports and sales updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Marketing / Field Sales.
- Knowledge of construction activities and construction sites is mandatory.
- Experience in Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC), cement, building materials, or construction-related sales will be preferred.
- Valuable communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel and conduct regular field visits.
- Ability to achieve sales targets.

Salary & Benefits

- Monthly Salary: ₹21,000
- Additional Benefit: Transportation Allowance
- Sales Incentive: ₹50 per cubic metre for sales achieved.
- Minimum Sales Target: 300 m³

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
