Role & responsibilities

- Proposal &
- Quotations: Draft, customize, and dispatch professional business proposals and official quotations promptly.

- CRM &

- Data Operations: Utilize CRM tools to log prospects, track lead progression, maintain follow-up schedules, and optimize customer data.

- Reporting &

- System Maintenance: Maintain rigorous daily tracking sheets, system logs, and operational documentation with high accuracy.

- Customer Success: Address client queries swiftly, resolving issues efficiently to secure maximum satisfaction and long-term retention.

- Lead Outreach &

- Follow-up: Connect proactively with prospective domestic and international leads via calls and email to build sales pipelines.

- Visual Collateral: Design clean, impactful client presentations and visual materials using Canva.

Required Skills

- Excellent business writing skills for drafting compelling client proposals, email correspondence, and marketing copy





- Robust command of tracking sheets, maintaining daily activity logs, and analyzing campaign or pipeline metrics.

- Ability to manage sales funnels, handle prospect outreach, and drive domestic and international client conversions.

- Hands-on experience using CRM tools to log client details, track follow-ups, and manage records.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (or Google Sheets) for data organization and tracking.

- Basic proficiency in creative tools like Canva or PowerPoint for creating visual content and business presentations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
