About the Role

Corizo is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Marketing Executive (Lead Generation) to join our Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating quality leads, executing email marketing campaigns, managing CRM activities, and supporting marketing initiatives to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct market and target audience research to identify customer needs, preferences, and pain points.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, drip campaigns, and lead nurturing activities.
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies through webinars, workshops, virtual events, and gated content.
- Generate and qualify leads using various online and offline marketing channels.
- Utilize CRM tools to track, manage, and follow up with leads effectively.
- Analyze campaign performance, lead generation metrics, and conversion rates to optimize marketing strategies.
- Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly reports on lead generation performance.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and innovations in the EdTech industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve lead quality and campaign effectiveness.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of lead generation and email marketing.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and lead management.
- Analytical mindset with good reporting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and target-driven.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.

Compensation & Benefits

- Probation: ₹15,000/month + ₹10,000 Performance Incentives
- CTC: ₹3.2 LPA Fixed + ₹2.5 LPA Variable
