PickleMonk Media is a brand communication agency and production house offering branding, creative campaigns, social media marketing, digital marketing, and video production services.

We're looking for a proactive Sales & Business Development Intern who wants to learn how businesses identify opportunities, approach potential clients, and build lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

- Research potential clients and identify business opportunities.
- Assist with lead generation and prospect outreach.
- Contact potential clients through calls, email, and WhatsApp.
- Follow up with prospects and help schedule client meetings.
- Maintain lead databases, follow-up trackers, and sales reports.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and quotations.
- Coordinate with the internal team to understand service offerings.




- Learn how creative services are pitched and sold to businesses.

Requirements
- Good verbal communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Confidence in speaking with potential clients.
- Interest in sales, business development, marketing, and entrepreneurship.
- Basic knowledge of email, spreadsheets, and online research.
- Willingness to make outbound calls and follow up with prospects.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work towards targets.

Internship & Career Opportunity This is a 3-month internship with the opportunity to transition into a full time position based on performance, communication skills, sales aptitude, and business requirements.

You'll gain practical experience in lead generation, client communication, sales processes, and business development.
