We are looking for a skilled Testing Engineer (Manual + Automation + AI) with strong expertise in manual testing, automation testing, and foundational AI knowledge with hands-on experience. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of applications through effective test planning, execution, and automation, while also leveraging AI-driven testing approaches where applicable.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform manual testing including functional, regression, integration, and system testing
- Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts for web and/or API applications
- Analyze requirements and create test cases, test scenarios, and test data
- Execute test cycles and report defects with proper documentation and tracking
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables
- Utilize AI-based tools or techniques to enhance testing efficiency and coverage
- Participate in test planning, estimation, and reporting activities
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices





Qualifications Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 26 years of experience in software testing (L2 level)
- Solid experience in manual testing concepts and methodologies
- Hands-on experience in automation testing (Selenium / Cypress / Playwright or similar)
- Experience in API testing (Postman / REST Assured or similar tools)
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of AI/ML concepts and exposure to AI-driven testing tools
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java / Python / JavaScript)
- Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools (JIRA, TestRail, etc.)
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies

Good to Have:

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)
- Knowledge of performance or security testing
- Exposure to AI-assisted testing tools (like test generation, self-healing scripts, etc.)
