Job Profile:

- Manage Supply Chain day to day operations. (Run monthly MRP cycle, Master Production Schedule (MRP) and monthly S&OP; and Review meeting).
- Leading order management process: Ensure POs are generated as per the demand and shared with suppliers, order confirmations are received from suppliers on the delivery timelines.
- Conduct weekly & adhoc supplier meetings together with respective planners and share Minutes of the Meeting.
- Follow-up with suppliers for timely manufacturing and delivery of orders and ensure suppliers meet delivery timelines as per contract.
- Supply Agreement & Supply Addendum management.




- Supplier performance monitoring DIFOT reporting and share to suppliers on quarterly basis to improve their performance and Monthly MIS reporting.
- Price negotiation with suppliers for substantial Sales & Tender volumes.
- Plan for New molecules launch as per patent off timelines.
- Share forecast to supplier on monthly/quarterly basis to suppliers.
- Escalation on delay in supply due print proof / AWs changes implications to next level for action planning.
- Inventory management.
- Reporting Suppliers monthly performance on their deliverables.
- Coordination with International EU marketing team on supply feasibility, critical products.
- Co-ordination with CFT on Second Sourcing & Bulk Strategies.
- Coordination with MKS team for batch size fulfilment & MOQ issues.
- Cross functional collaboration for aws, deviation, root cause and CAPA management.
- Coordination with internal logistics team & manufacturers for dispatch planning.
- Escalations handling as a point of contact.
- Monthly KPI reporting.
- Facilitating Re-packing activity for opportunity sales or country specific requirements.
- Following up for monthly manufacturing & packing plan with suppliers.
- Share critical SKUs to suppliers and coordinate to expedite packing plan.
- Coordinating for packing materials inventory with supplier for SKUs where AWs revisions are applicable along QA & manufacturers for effective utilization of existing packing material.
- Timely AWs implementation to avoid packing material destruction cost.
- Co-ordination with RA for nearing MA country to proceed on Launch activity.

Desired Profile :

- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Pharmacy, Engineering, or related field
- MBA / PGDM in Operations/Supply Chain preferred




- 8 to 12 years of experience in Supply Chain with Pharmaceuticals organisation.
- Must have thorough knowledge of systems, processes and procedures related to supply chain.
- Strong expertise in planning, procurement, supplier management, and cross-functional coordination.
- Proven experience in end-to-end supply chain operations, including MRP cycles, Master Production Scheduling (MPS), and S&OP; planning.
- Strong exposure to order management processes, ensuring timely PO creation, supplier confirmations, and delivery adherence.
- Excellent co-ordination skills with International Marketing Team (Globally) for supply feasibility & Logistic teams for dispatch planning & execution.
- Strong capability in demand forecasting and supplier forecast sharing (monthly/quarterly).
- Expertise in supplier relationship management, including conducting weekly / adhoc review meetings and driving performance improvements.
- Demonstrated ability in price negotiation with suppliers for high-volume business and tender-based procurement.
- Strong analytical mind-set with experience in Supplier performance dashboards and Inventory and supply risk analysis
- Expertise in inventory management and maintaining optimal stock levels.
- Capable and experience on Team handling.
- Skills in database management and record keeping.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive approach with strong ownership and accountability.
- Excellent computer skills, including Word and Excel in a Microsoft Windows setting.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
