We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead internal hiring across multiple functions of our organisation. Candidates from the staffing and recruitment industry with solid exposure to corporate hiring and recruitment strategy will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive end-to-end internal hiring across Finance, Sales, Business Development, Recruitment/Delivery, HR and Operations.

- Manage hiring across all levels, from recruiters and executives to managers and senior leadership.

- Develop effective sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines for critical positions.

- Work closely with department heads to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.

- Manage recruitment TAT, hiring targets,



offer-to-joining ratios and recruitment MIS.

- Drive leadership hiring, lateral hiring and niche talent acquisition.

Candidate Requirements

- 8-12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.

- Preferably from the staffing, recruitment consultancy or manpower services industry.

- Strong experience in internal/corporate hiring across multiple business functions is essential.

- Exposure to mid-level and senior leadership hiring.

- Strong stakeholder management, sourcing and negotiation skills.
