Role & responsibilities

- Develop and execute outlet training programs to ensure consistent service standards, product quality, and operational excellence.
- Create, document, update, and implement SOPs for outlet operations, product standards, and service rituals.
- Conduct on-ground training, live demonstrations, and on-floor coaching for outlet teams.
- Train and onboard new employees to ensure smooth induction and faster time to productivity.
- Coordinate pre-launch and post-launch training for recent outlet openings.
- Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and outlet performance metrics.
- Identify operational training gaps and ensure adherence to SOPs, product standards, and brand service guidelines.
- Maintain training records, attendance sheets, and employee certifications.
