Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage all QA/QC activities at the project site.
2. Develop and implement Project Quality Plans (PQP), Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and Method Statements.
3. Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits.
4. Ensure compliance with IS, ASTM and BS standards.
5. Coordinate with project management, construction teams, consultants and clients.
6. Monitor material testing, laboratory testing and workmanship quality.
7. Identify quality issues and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
8. Ensure timely closure of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
9. Review material approvals, inspection reports and quality documentation.
10. Prepare and maintain quality records, test reports and handover documents.
11. Lead internal and external quality audits.

Guide and mentor QA/QC engineers and site inspection teams.

Required Skills
- Robust experience in EPC / Industrial / Infrastructure projects.
- Excellent knowledge of QA/QC systems and Quality Management Systems.
- Knowledge of ITPs, Method Statements and NCRs.
- Strong understanding of civil, structural and finishing works.
- Experience in handling clients, consultants and third-party inspectors.
- Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred candidate profile Candidates with experience in large-scale industrial EPC projects will be preferred
