About the Role We are seeking an experienced L&D; qualified to lead Learning & Organizational Development initiatives for the Corporate SBU. The role will be responsible for driving the L&D; Centre of Excellence (CoE), behavioral learning interventions, employee engagement initiatives, and organization-wide development programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and strengthen the Learning & Development CoE framework across the organization.
- Design and deploy behavioral, leadership, and managerial development programs.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, including Happiness Surveys and action planning.
- Partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps and develop learning solutions.
- Measure training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement in learning outcomes.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 10-20 years of experience in L&D;, Talent Development, or Organizational Development.
- Experience in EPC, Manufacturing, Engineering, Infrastructure, or similar industries preferred.
- Strong exposure to behavioral training, leadership development, and employee engagement initiatives.
- MBA/PGDM in HR or related field preferred.
