Leading the ERP support team.

Understanding end user problems over calls / emails help them with the earliest possible solution.

Listing all the concerns raised by users, prioritizing them based on business importance sharing it with the software development team for earliest resolution.

Planning permanent solutions for the recurring issues of users.

Maintaining record of allocated vs completed vs Pending tasks / concerts given to the development team.

Thorough testing of the development done by the software team, before sharing it with the user.

Listing of bugs found in testing getting the required corrections done.

Training the users about the new development / new modules in Software.

Identify areas of improvements.

Generating ad-hoc reports form MS SQL data.





Min. Requirement:

Total Experience of minimum 8+ years

Must have worked in the technical support role for min. of 4 years.

Must have handled a team of min. 3-4 users for a min of 4 years of time.

Good knowledge of MS SQL

If required, available / ready to support users in off hours also.

Stability in past Jobs.

Keen to learn.

Polite attitude.

Other Preference

Knowledge of programming languages like C#, HTML, Java Script, CSS.

Technical background / education (BCA / BSE IT etc / Diploma in Computers etc).

Positive typing skills.

Good communications / writing skills.
