Roles & Responsibilities

- Having worked in quality control section on high rise residential buildings

- Must have experience working on high-rise projects of at least G+30 floors

- Must have Aluminum Formwork and Mivan Formwork experience.

- Checks on construction materials like concrete, cement, aggregates, etc.

- Very well conversant with various testing parameters along with technical knowledge

- Able to manage large contractor’s team along with clients, consultants

- Able to interact with structural consultants and architects for quality issues

- Able to raise NCN and its closers as per standard IS Codes & practices

- Able to take independent decisions and resolve site related issues

- Able to manage test parameters of MEP related works





- Having work experience at least two assignments from concept to completion stage

Required Qualifications

- Must have relevant experience in the Quality Control department of high-rise residential building projects.

- Mandatory experience in handling G+30 floors or above high-rise projects.

- Hands-on experience with Aluminium Formwork and Mivan Formwork is essential.

- Robust technical knowledge of construction materials, testing procedures, quality standards, and relevant IS Codes.

- Experience in managing large contractor teams and coordinating with clients, consultants, structural engineers, and architects.

- Good understanding of civil construction quality parameters and MEP-related quality testing.

- Ability to independently handle site quality issues and make effective technical decisions.

- Must have successfully handled at least two projects from concept to completion.
