Primary Requirements (Mandatory)
Mall Operations Experience is Mandatory
7 to 12+ Years of Relevant Experience
Strong Experience in Operations Management, Vendor Management, and Customer Experience
Excellent Communication & Stakeholder Management Skills
Experience Managing Housekeeping, Security, Parking, Tenant Coordination, and Soft Services
Strong Knowledge of SLA Management, Audits, Compliance, and Service Excellence
Candidates from Soft Services Background managing Premium Commercial Properties can also apply
Experience in Handling Client Interactions, Escalations, and Operational Reporting
Role Highlights
- Lead day-to-day mall operations and ensure seamless customer experience.
- Manage housekeeping, security, parking, soft services, and vendor partners.
- Coordinate with tenants and internal stakeholders for operational excellence.
