JOB TITLE : EXECUTIVE - MANAGER - MERCHANDISING

KEY RESPONSIBILITY

•Lead end-to-end merchandising for key international buyer accounts from development to shipment.

•Manage commercial negotiations, costing, capacity planning, and order execution.

•Develop and strengthen relationships with international buyers to drive business growth.

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and on-time deliveries.

•Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing merchandising team.

•Drive operational excellence, process improvements, and profitability across accounts.

•Ensure compliance with buyer requirements, quality standards, and delivery commitments.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

•Graduate in Textile/Apparel Technology.





•9–12 years of experience with apparel export companies, Proven people management experience

•Prior apparel export-house experience managing international buyer accounts with PD background.

•Sportswear merchandising experience is preferred.

•Experience handling both Knit & Woven categories is preferred.

REQUIRED SKILLS

•Good system knowledge and system savvy approach.

•Exposure to relevant systems/tools, particularly PLM.

•Valuable Analytical Thinking and deadline oriented.

•Critical thinking system oriented.

•Sportswear / Performance Apparel experience is preferred across levels.
