Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage MEP contracts across residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Handle tendering, bid evaluation, contract negotiations, and award of MEP packages.
- Prepare and review contractual documents, work orders, GCC, SCC, and related agreements.
- Monitor contractual obligations, project milestones, and contractor performance.
- Manage contract variations, change orders, claims, and commercial disputes.
- Coordinate with QS, Procurement, Engineering, and Project teams for smooth contract execution.
- Monitor MEP package costs, billing, valuations, and cost-to-complete forecasts.
- Ensure subcontractor compliance with contractual, quality, and safety requirements.
- Maintain contract documentation, MIS reports, and commercial records.
- Support cost optimization,



risk mitigation, and timely contract closure.

Experience & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in MEP Contracts or Commercial Management.
- Experience in residential, commercial, or large-scale real estate developments.
- Strong knowledge of MEP tendering, contract administration, procurement, and cost management.
- Understanding of GCC, SCC, BOQ, contract variations, and claims management.
- Robust negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
