We’re Hiring | Manager – Interior Implementation

Location: Whitefield, Bengaluru

Experience Required: Minimum 5+ Years strictly in Residential Interior Execution / Interior Design

About the Role

InEazy is looking for an experienced, detail-driven leader to head our Interior Implementation Department. You will oversee end-to-end residential site execution, manage project managers and site teams, coordinate closely with design and production, and ensure every home is delivered on time with impeccable craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the entire Interior Implementation Team .
- Oversee execution of all ongoing residential interior projects.
- Manage and mentor Project Managers.
- Establish clear processes and systems for smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress, timelines,resource allocation.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained across all project sites.
- Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Production and Sales teams.
- Manage contractors, vendors and workforce to ensure timely execution.




- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective measures.
- Handle escalations related to project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular site reviews and implementation team meetings.
- Ensure projects are completed and handed over within committed timelines.

Requirements:

* 5 to 8+ years of direct experience executing premium residential interiors.

- Proven track record leading project managers, site supervisors, and contractors.
- Solid understanding of interior materials, construction, carpentry and site execution.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership, planning and problem-solving skills.
- Strong ability to build processes, manage teams and drive accountability.
- Experience in a growing interior design company will be an advantage.
